Fixes for Calendar Event Drag Issues

I can't drag it all the way down in one go, so I want to drag it down a little further, but every time I try, the drag point shifts upward, forcing me to drag it down again from the top. It would be much more convenient if I could adjust the block size while keeping the current position.
